Joe Klohn

As half of the ownership team that created Streamworks, Joe Klohn grew up in the direct mail and printing industries – literally. Some of his earliest memories are of being on the production floor, watching the equipment run, and distracting the operators with endless questions and requests to give it a try. Once he was old enough, Joe held nearly every position in the company including delivery driver, machine operator, account management and sales.
He has used that 20+ years of experience to guide Streamworks’ evolution into a strategic multi-channel marketing partner, focusing on sales and operations.

Tony Zirnhelt’s journey to Streamworks’ co-owner and president began 21 years ago when he acquired Action Mailing. Through strategic acquisitions and partnerships and a passion for marketing, Tony parlayed Action from a 5 person low-tech mail shop into what Streamworks is today – a strategic multi-channel marketing company.
He attributes Streamworks’ success to an ability to recognize trends, embrace technology and a willingness to evolve to meet changing client needs.
Tony is one of the lucky ones who can honestly say he has his dream job, thanks in no small part to the talented and hard-working Streamworks team he has helped assemble.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in marketing, Bill Hedahl is a 30-year veteran of the direct marketing and printing industries. He has spent 29 years and 6 months of that time with Streamworks. He first joined Streamworks as the accountant, tasked with converting a manual accounting system to an automated one. He has worn many hats throughout the years including marketing, production and sourcing and selling premium incentives. He was the Managing Partner at Expedite Direct Mail & Fulfillment before it joined forces with Action, Inc. to become Streamworks.
Today, Bill uses his wide breadth of experience and knowledge to lead Streamworks’ finance team. But Bill’s days are not just filled with profit and loss statements. He also works with clients and counsels them on the best way to achieve their marketing goals with an eye focused on their bottom line.

A guaranteed shoe-in for the Woodbury Future All-Stars Coaching Hall of Fame (if it existed), Bill has led his daughters’ softball teams through the triumphs and tribulations of competition through the years. When he’s not at the softball fields, he can be found cruising the local lakes and rivers on his boat or listening to one of the 6,500 songs on his iPod. In his dream world, Bill would not be a direct marketing and finance guru, but the lead singer AND lead guitarist of a rock band named Legacy. Hey, it could happen!

As Vice President of Client and Data Services, Andrea is responsible for making sure the account management and data programming teams run like a well-oiled machine. A 12-year veteran of the direct marketing industry, Andrea uses her penchant for processes and detail to ensure projects stay on (or ahead) of schedule and in compliance with Streamworks’ security standards, all while coaching her teams that nothing is more important than client satisfaction.

Her direct mail packages keep her clients’ stores full of customers, so they can cross marketing off their to-do list and focus on more important tasks.

To say Linda Stouse’s resume is well-rounded is an understatement. Her 35-year career began in the music industry, where she handled both local and national acts (ask her about the time she worked with a little-known artist who is fond of purple and goes by the name “Prince”). From there she spent time in the printing and newspaper industries, where she held varied roles including project management, sales, R&D, training, software development and production (ask her about the year she spent in Mumbai, India setting up a 100+ employee production facility).
All of these diverse experiences mean Linda is uniquely qualified to understand the needs our potential clients have.
